La Vanguardia has published an article in the economy section that describes Carlit’s trajectory and its prospects for the coming year.
The article highlights how Carlit has projected the traditional dish from La Cerdanya, Trinxat, “as a ready-made dish in the main supermarkets in Catalonia”.
The journalist Blanca Gispert explains Carlit’s business model “based on the production of products in the gourmet and proximity and km0 categories”.
She also describes Carlit’s growth in recent years and how Carlit faces the future by betting on increasing the market share of Trinxat.
