Nous sommes convaincus que bien manger n’a pas besoin d’\u00eatre compliqu\u00e9: aucune ma\u00eetrise en arts culinaires est requise et il n’est pas n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir tout le temps du monde. Nous d\u00e9fendons le Slow Fast Food et luttons pour prouver que bien manger est possible, avec des produits locaux et de haute qualit\u00e9, en seulement une minute (au micro-ondes ou \u00e0 la po\u00eale).
