Carlit supported the festival, giving away 1000 portions of Trinxat.<\/p>\n<p>This is the main gastronomic event in the county and a must for lovers of local cuisine, and has become a multitudinous gathering in the heart of winter, with a gala dinner that serves as a showcase for local gastronomy and Km0 products such as winter cabbage and potatoes.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the trinxat, the dinner also included a tasting of Pyrenean cold meats and cheeses, as well as starters and cod as main courses, cooked in this case by the Cuina Pirinenca de Cerdanya collective.
